RBI RECRUITMENT 2014 - FOR 'RESEARCH OFFICER,MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER' POSTS
 
The Reserve Bank of India(RBI) is India's central banking institution,which controls the monetary policy of the Indian rupee.It was established on 1 April 1935 during the British Raj in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The share capital was divided into shares of 100 each fully paid,which was entirely owned by private shareholders in the beginning.Following India's independence in 1947,the RBI was nationalised in the year 1949.

1.Research Officer in Grade B for Department of Economic and Policy Research (DEPR) - 10@
2.Research Officer in Grade Bfor Department of Statistics and Information management - 05
3.Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade A - 07
4.Manager (Technical-Civil) in Grade B - 02

Qualification :
1.Research Officer in Grade B for Department of Economic and Policy Research (DEPR) - A Master’s Degree in Economics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized Indian or Foreign University/Institute

2.Research Officer in Grade B for Department of Statistics and Information management - A Master’s Degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Mathematical Economics/Econometrics/Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.

3.Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade A - Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation,with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level. 

4.Manager (Technical-Civil) in Grade B - A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Age Limit :
For Manager Post : 21 to 35 years
For Remaining Posts : 21 to 30 Years
