Langpi Dehangi Rural Bank, sponsored by State Bank of India was established on 27th January 1982 under Section 3 (1) of Regional Rural Bank Act 1976.It is the only stand alone RRB in the state taking care of specific banking needs of people of the two backward hilly districts of Assam. The Bank has a total network of 53 Branches, out of which 44 Branches are operating in Karbi Anglong District and 9 Branches in Dima Hasao District.

Qualification :

• Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent,
• Proficiency in local language for Office Asst (Multi Purpose & Officer Scale-I) Posts,Chartered Accountant,
• Post Graduate Degree in Law for Officer Scale-II Specialist Officer Posts.

Age Limit :
21-32 years for Officer Scale-II posts,
18-28 years for remaining posts... as on 01-07-2013.

2.Officer Scale-I   : 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700
